Mikey Ellis
Michael has just recently been appointed with Pragmatic Thinking as their Cultural Strategist. After years spent as Head of Culture for Vinomofo, Michael’s experience and connection to the wine industry makes him the perfect choice to be lead facilitator for this years Wine Future Leaders program. Michael will be attending all the learning events, and partnering very closely with all participants on this learning journey.
Bec Jeffrey
Bec made her debut with us at the 2017 Wine Future Leaders program and joins us again to offer her expertise as a Social Scientist and adult educator. Her passion for helping people live their best lives, means her learning design is deep thinking, mixed with latest science served up with a side of dollop of huge heart.
Lorena Clayton
With a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and 20 years as a HR Manager in Australia's most recognised businesses (Myer, Wesfarmers, Coles) Lorena knows her stuff. An expert in the area of feedback and tough conversations. Lorena delivers cracking programs laden with practical tools and a good dash of neuroscience.
Ryan Lewty
Ryan uses his domestic and international experience facilitating and consulting. He has worked across the education, mental health, child protection, and organisational wellbeing sectors to deliver brilliant outcomes for clients. As a former children’s counsellor and competitive martial artist, with degrees in Law and Psychology, he brings diverse knowledge and perspective to his work.
